BAL Container Line arrives for the first time at Puerto Lázaro Cárdenas

The BAL Container Line shipping line arrived for the first time at the Port of Lázaro Cárdenas to begin operations through the Specialized Container Terminal I, operated by the Hutchinson Ports company.

The Lázaro Cárdenas National Port System Administration (ASIPONA LAC), gave a recognition to the shipping line for the crew of the ship X-Press Kilimanjaro on the occasion of their first arrival at this site.

The boat with the Liberian flag is 261 meters long and 32 meters wide.

This ship is part of the CPX China Pacific Express service currently with three ports in the eastern Yantian, Ningbo and Qingdao and calling at Manzanillo and Lázaro Cárdenas. The service is scheduled biweekly through ALTAMARITIMA S.A. de C.V. as Consignee Agents.

BAL Container Line is mainly dedicated to international container transport services, which has been dedicated to opening new services established in Europe, the Middle East, India, Japan, South Korea and Southeast Asia to meet the needs of its customers.

The arrival of this new shipping line represents a new service to meet the demand in the container market, which, thanks to the efficiency in the service and dynamism in the handling of goods that the Port of Lázaro Cárdenas operates, has been achieved.
