Port of Lázaro Cárdenas increases 4% Automotive Freight as of December 2019

The Port of Lázaro Cárdenas registered an increase in the handling of vehicular cargo as of December 2019 of 4%, with an operation of 483 thousand 364 cars compared to 464 thousand 889 units in the same period, but of 2018, it reflects the Growth of these operations.

Exports grew by 14% when 187 thousand 252 units were serviced against 164 thousand 765 cars driven in 2018.

The infrastructure of the port enclosure, as well as its capacity to receive large vessels, facilitates the arrival of all types of cargo, also facilitating the automotive sector with larger import and export volumes.
