Port of Lazaro Cardenas participates successfully in the XXV Annual Congress of Shipping Agents of AMANAC

The Sub-Committee on the Promotion of Puerto Lázaro Cárdenas, participated successfully in the XXV Annual Congress of Shipping Agents, an event organized by the Mexican Association of Shipping Agents A.C. (AMANAC) in the port of Acapulco, Guerrero.

Headed by the General Director of the Integral Port Administration of Lázaro Cárdenas, Engineer Raúl Antonio Correa Arenas and the members of the Promotion Subcommittee, they attended in a personalized way, presented the services and logistical advantages for the different types of cargo and attention to the vessels to through a promotional stand that allows direct attention to leaders in the maritime port sector.

In addition, the event has several work tables, modules and exhibitions, ideal for Puerto Lázaro Cárdenas to show business opportunities, commercial and operational diversification, based on its modern infrastructure and specialized terminals that highlight it throughout the port system national.

This event is attended by the main shipping lines, associations related to foreign trade, forwarders, land transport companies and authorities of the General Coordination of Ports and Merchant Marine, which allowed to have a broader idea about the advantages and benefits of the port area by Lázaro Cárdenas.

Transcendental issues such as the landscape of development and trends of ports, as well as trends in maritime transport, the fourth port transformation and maritime and port development in Mexico were addressed at this congress.
