Just three years after its start of operations in the Lázaro Cárdenas Port, the Terminal Especializada de Autos (TEA), managed to mobilize its one millionth unit. The maneuver was in charge of the K-Line, and the unit was a Tacoma from the Toyota automotive company.

The Specialized Automobile Terminal has the capacity to meet the needs of the automotive market in the Mexican Pacific by providing Mexico with the first strategic facility with specialized patios, capacity and highly competitive services, for the mobilization of more than 600,000 vehicles per year.
The TEA is a so-called world-class terminal with 43 hectares; stands out as the only one with exclusive docks for Roll on Roll off ships through a 600-meter berthing line with two positions, which responds to the demand for port infrastructure for global movement.
The value-added services are part of the excellent contribution of SSA México, as a first level ally of the automotive logistics chain by reducing its final cost, as a reinforcement of the strategic vocation of Lázaro Cárdenas with facilities totally dedicated to automotive shipping.
